How the scores are calculated

So the numbers are auditable

Priority score — per task

Urgency × criticality weight × remaining effort, normalised to 100. Urgency runs from 10 (due beyond 30 days) to 145 (30+ days overdue). Criticality weights are Critical 4, High 3, Medium 2, Low 1. A task at 80% progress carries less weight than one untouched; a Blocked task is lifted 15% because it needs someone else to move.

Desk health — overall

On-time delivery over the last 90 days (30), criticality-weighted overdue control (30), momentum from average progress and share of open tasks actually started (20), and critical coverage — how many Critical and High items are genuinely on track (20).

Ageing buckets

Calendar days between today and the deadline: overdue 15d+, 8–14d, 1–7d, due today, 1–3d, 4–7d, 8–30d, 30d+, no deadline. Completed and cancelled tasks leave the matrix and feed the trendline instead.
